United Kingdom
Hi It’s Osama – An easy going Muslim who likes nature and volunteering.
I’m an Electronic Engineer who lives in London and I studied my Masters of Engineering in the University of Manchester. I grew up in Qatar but I loved the gloomy rain so I came to the UK. I have an Egyptian passport and I’m on a work permit working for stable UK company so if that’s ok with you then keep reading!
My main interests and hobbies are, depending on the time I got and my mood:
Bouldering, drawing, reading, learning about history and playing video games. Trying to learn how to cook and bake bread atm as well. The book I’m currently is the Autobiography of Malcom X, may Al Rahman have mercy on his soul.
I’ve also had enough pets to say that I’m obsessed with animals though I wish I knew how to care for them properly when I was young 😊. I currently have a black and white long hair cat that I miss very much in Qatar.
I also try to expand my knowledge of Islam by listening to lectures by Dr. Yasir al Qadhi. Most of the lectures I listen to are about how to live in the west and still hold on to your religion. I’m also learning to read the Quran in the proper original Arabic way. I’m thankful my native tongue is Arabic so this is much easier for me!
I would say my religious level is good, I care for my religion and my people and try to check the implicit influences of the parts of western culture that don’t agree with Islam, has on me.
Briefly, what I’m looking for in someone is to be lively, talkative and kinda playful 😀. In terms of religion, to at least be understanding and doing all the basic things in islam and anything more is good and extra.
