I am a PhD student at the university of Edinburgh studying viruses on a full scholarship from the UK government. I am a medical doctor and hold MBBCh from Egypt and M.Sc from Arizona State University USA. I have residency for 4 years : the duration of my PhD in the UK.I am a simple and direct person who is trying to do best in deen and dunya. I prefer a simple life without too much complications and exagerations. I am Hafiz Al-quran and try to memorize it as much as possible and also student of deen at an islamic institute in the UK. I try to understand Islam in a better way to be a better person. I am also interested in Science especially virology and medicine. In my free time I like to garden and take care of plants, enjoy cooking and making tea and reading a good novel or book. I believe in Quran and Sunna and traditions have no weight for me if they contradict Islamic values.

I am looking for a good muslima who is striving to be better in deen and dunya. I accept all backgrounds and cultures.Not arrogant or drama queen. Someone who appreciates the value of having a partner and having a family at these difficult times. I am looking for a practicing muslima preferably with Hijab and who wants to learn more about Islam. I am looking for someone who will involve their family early and who has a strong intention to get married if she finds a person with good deen and manners.
