Currently I am a Service Desk Analyst in Coventry. This role involves providing technical support to various public and private sector clients through remote access. Basically, I solve technical issues using my computer at work for clients who are located elsewhere. In the near future, I would like to have a managerial role as within the I.T sector there is always room for career development and progression.

I do therefore have a passion for I.T and I have a Bachelors degree in Computing.

However, I also love Sports particularly football and I am a keen supporter of Manchester United. I watch football live at Old Trafford when I can and play football regularly with friends. Other hobbies include: eating out particularly desserts, spending time with friends and family, going to the cinema and occasionally I have gone to the theatre with my sister.

I also volunteer for a local youth club where I help to arrange activities for teenagers and children every week.
