HEALTHY, basic health status/statistics taken at 9am 5March2018 : 77kilos 178cm = BMI 24.3, Blood Pressure is 142 88 and Pulse 65
FREE FROM CHOLESTROL, SUGAR, ASTHMA, GOUT, HEART, DIABETIC, LIVER, ETC & WHATEVER.
My sleeping time is usually from 10pm to 3am.

Inherited ITP Minor (Idiopathic Thrombocytophenic Purpura), it is a bleeding disorder in which the immune system destroy platelets which are necessary for normal blood clotting resulting too few platelets in the blood. Preferably, my wife should not have inherited ITP Major which will affect our children.

The ONLY major health issue in my whole life took place in 1998 with the surgical removal of Staghorn Calculus Kidneystone in my left kidney. This incidence also confirmed me as having Horseshoe Kidney.
“In the evening, I was walking downstairs and I slipped on the stair, fell on my butt and no pain of whatsoever. Few hours later during the night I notice my urine have some blood stains but still no pain. Very early next morning also have some blood stain and no pain and the situation remain the same at my office toilet at 10am. I immediately went to meet my friend a trusted doctor, inform him what happen. He requests me to get an XRay and to come back next day morning. After XRay session, I immediately went back to office and later found no more trace of blood – case closed.
I did not follow up the appointment with my friend doctor on the second day. He called and insist me to meet him and then he informed me that I have about 1.5cm x 2cm staghorn kidney stone in my left kidney. This situation baffled him because the kidney did not swollen, it takes a long time to build up a kidney stone of that size and I never have any complains on any pains related to that issue on my kidney area. The staghorn kidney stone was successfully surgically removed. I was hospitalise for about 15 days.
“ALLAH LOVE ME, THAT’S WHY I DON’T EVEN KNOW THAT I HAVE A KIDNEY STONE FOR SO LONG (YEARS) AND SUPRISINGLY FOUND IT, ALLAHUAKBAR”

Not in favour of any pills (eg. Paracetamol) including vitamins pills. Accept medical doctor’s advice for certain needs but will cease immediately when I personally decide that’s its no longer necessary.

6. MySPECIAL AND PERSONAL CHOICE:
Voluntarily fasting almost every day since 1995 (acknowledge that the Ramadhan is compulsory fasting and 6 days forbidden to fast). Initially I was fasting to pay back my own Ramadhan failures from my time of reaching manhood (after about 14 years old).
Able and easily achieve about 250-300days fasting per annum for every year without fail and may ALLAH spread the benefits of my fasting to my beloved parents, families, all muslim around the world including my future life partner, whoever read this info, etc.
My fasting really did facilitate and promote my good health – 99% best, able to control my negative desire, living happy everyday, always smile, friendly, clear mind, positive thinking, strive to facilitate others, closer to Allah, etc. Love to drink warm water, any time.
Prophet Mohammad PBUH says “take care of your mouth –> IN refer to the hallal, right and balance food and drinks intake for your body, OUT refer to what you say to others”.
